Welcome to Shirley's Music Studio website!
As a musician and educator, my goal is to expose children and adults to the wonderful world of music playing. Students are inspired to love music and are encouraged to pursue excellence in every area of their piano studies. The individual needs and interests of each student are carefully considered and lessons are planned and music is chosen accordingly. Students are led to understand musical concepts and develop skills that will prepare them to be a successful musician. Whether you are a child, teenager, adult or senior, you will find lessons interactive, educational, and enjoyable - all at your own pace.
Lessons are offered on piano - classical, jazz, or pop, with specialization in RCM exams, music theory, and ear training.
Lessons on wind instruments bassoon and clarinet also available.
Lessons are in 30-min, 45-min, or hourly duration.
In-studio at my Scarborough location
